In Europe and in Spain, there are several rules related to data protection in order to protect your personal information and these rules are mandatory in our company.

So it is very important to us that you fully understand what we are going to do with the personal data and information that we may ask you.

This way, we will be transparent and we will give you control of your data with a simple language and clear options, so you will be able to decide what we can do with your personal details.

If you have any questions once you have read this information, please let us know.

Thank you very much for your collaboration.

We are at your entire disposal, so do not hesitate to contact us.

As a general rule, we need your personal details to contact you and provide you with our services.

Likewise, we may also use them for other purposes, such as advertising or promoting our activities.

Your personal information is necessary to be able to contact you and provide you with our services. In this sense, we will put at your disposal a series of boxes that will allow you to decide in a clear and simple way about the use of your personal details.

As a general rule, only the members of our company that are duly authorized may have access to the information that we request.

Similarly, this information will be available for those entities needing access to that information so that we can provide our services. To give you an example, our bank will know your personal data if the payment for our services is made by card or bank transfer.

Likewise, your information will be known by those public or private entities to which we are obliged to provide your personal data due to the compliance with any law. To give you an example, the Tax Law obliges you to provide the Tax Agency with certain information on economic operations that exceed a certain amount.

In the event that, apart from the aforementioned assumptions, we need to disclose your personal information to other entities, we will request your permission in advance through clear options that will allow you to decide in this regard.

We will protect your data with effective security measures based on the risks involved in the use of your information.

In order to do so, our entity has approved a Data Protection Policy and annual controls and audits are carried out to verify that your personal information is safe at all times.

In the world there are countries that are safe for your data and there are others that are not so secure. For example, the European Union is a secure environment for your data. Our policy is not to send your personal details to any country that is not safe from the point of view of data protection.

In the event that, in order to provide you with our services, it is essential to send your data to a country that is not as safe as Spain, we will always request your permission in advance and we will apply effective security measures that reduce the risks of sending your personal information to another country.

We will keep your data during our relationship and as long as the law requires us. Once the applicable legal deadlines have expired, we will proceed to eliminate them in a safe and environmentally friendly way.

You can contact us at any time to find out the information that we have about you, rectify it if it is incorrect and delete it once our relationship has ended, in the event that it is legally possible.

You also have the right to request the transfer of your information to another entity. This right is called "portability" and it can be useful in certain situations.

In order to request any of these rights, a written request must be made and sent to our address, together with a photocopy of your ID to identify you.

In all of our offices we have specific forms to request these rights and we offer our help to complete them.

To find out more information about your data protection rights, you can visit the website of the Spanish Agency of Data Protection(www.agpd.es)).

You can withdraw your consent if you change your mind about the use of your data at any time.

For example, if you were once interested in receiving publicity for our products or services, but you do not want to receive more publicity any longer, you can let us know by completing the data processing objection form which is available in the offices of our entity.

In case that you feel that your rights have been neglected by our entity, you can file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, through one of the following means:

Agencia Española de Protección de Datos

Filing a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection does not entail any cost and the assistance of a lawyer or attorney is not necessary.

Our policy does not include creating profiles of our users.

However, there may be situations in which, for the purpose of providing our services, commercial or otherwise, we may need to create a profile of you. For example, we may use your purchase or service history to be able to offer you some products or services adapted to your likes and needs.

In this case, we will apply effective security measures to protect your information at all times from unauthorized people who may intend to use it for their own benefit.

Our policy does not include to use your data for other purposes than those that we have explained to you. If, however, we need to use your data for different activities, we will always request your permission in advance through clear options that will allow you to decide about it.
